Do you provide free drop offs at greek houses @Rutgers?
Yes! For Rutgers students purchasing Greek or custom apparel, local drop-offs to Greek houses are FREE.
At checkout, once you add your greek house address select Local Delivery and enter your sorority or fraternity name in the delivery instructions. Your order will be dropped off directly at that Greek house.
Orders without a Greek house name will automatically be switched to shipping.

I don't see my organization listed - can you still make custom items?
Yes! We’re licensed for many organizations, but not all are listed on our site.
If you’re interested in a custom item for your organization, please complete the Contact Form or message @by_tamar and we’ll let you know if we’re already licensed. If additional licensing is required, we’ll walk you through the process.
Some organizations may require licensing approval before production can begin.
Can I zelle or venmo?
YES! When checking out please click alternative payment methods, once you zelle/venmo I will accept your order!
When will I get my order?
I work quickly to complete and ship each custom order as soon as possible. Most orders are completed within 1-2 weeks weeks.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information Delivery times vary depending on your location.
For Rutgers drop offs: you will receive a message when your item is out for delivery!
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
(RUTGERS GREEK STUDENTS) If you select Local Delivery , your items will be dropped off at the GREEK house name that you enter in the delivery instructions.
Orders without a greek house name will be switched to shipping
What is the return policy?
Because all custom orders are made specifically for you, all items are final sale. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact bytamar and I will work with you to make it right.
